Program Proposal Preparation
Thank you for your interest in leading a Study-in-America program. Before you begin the online application, please note that you will be asked to attach the following materials:
- Course Syllabus for each course
- Course Bibliography (if applicable)
- Program Itinerary
- Completed Program Budget Form
Follow the guidelines within the budget form to help you complete your program budget. Setting a minimum number of students for your program will help to determine program fees. If you have any questions about the application, contact the Office of Distance and Extended Learning.

The Faculty Program Proposal form is now fully online. The proposal has several sections and will automatically save progress, so you may leave the application and return later to complete it if necessary.
